We start with a free online consultation where we check your property and assess whether your extension is likely to be possible.

Brief & Survey
Understanding your goals
Once you accept our quote, we arrange a site visit. We discuss how you live, what isn't working and what you want to achieve. This is where the project begins to take shape.

Design
Creating the right solution
We design your project to suit your brief and what can be approved. We present the design and refine it together until it's exactly right before submission.

Planning
Securing approval
We prepare and submit your planning application. It takes 1 week to validate and 8 weeks for a decision. We manage all communication with the council and resolve any issues quickly.

Technical Package
Preparing for construction
Once approved, we prepare the full technical package including everything your builder needs to price and build. In some cases, we can start this stage earlier.

Construction Support
Here when it matters
We offer support and advice throughout the build. When challenges come up, we're here to find the right solutions and keep things moving forward.
